Public Health Group of SARS Expert Committee

The Public Health Group of the SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) Expert Committee met with 11 operators of the Residential Care Homes for the Elderly from the non-profit making sector and private sector this (July 10) morning. Group members listened to their views and concerns on the implementation of prevention and infection control measures in the homes which were vulnerable targets of SARS outbreaks due to frequent visits to hospitals by home residents.
